Business Development & Partnerships Manager

Exp: 8-10 years | On-site | Ahmedabad

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales & Partner Relationship Executive to support our B2B growth in the enterprise CMS and Data ecosystem (Sitecore, AEM, Umbraco, Strapi, Snowflake, and related services). This role directly contributes to business development by nurturing key partnerships, coordinating engagement cycles, and supporting pre-sales activities. The position demands strong communication, ownership, relationship-building, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and technical teams.

Roles + Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain ongoing engagement with existing technology partners.
  • Actively stay in touch with key stakeholders — with or without a project need — to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate introductions, follow-ups, and client check-ins.
  • Support leadership during partner visits, calls, and events.

Inside Sales & Communication

  • Acknowledge emails, respond professionally, and keep conversations moving.
  • Gather client requirements and ensure clarity before passing internally.
  • Draft, review, and send quotations or estimation documents after coordinating with technical teams.
  • Ensure partners feel supported, updated, and valued at all stages.

Pre-Sales & Coordination

  • Set up client meetings before industry events or onsite visits.
  • Prepare briefing notes — number of clients to meet, account background, key agenda points.
  • Maintain opportunity trackers, call notes, documentation, CRM entries.
  • Monitor ongoing engagements to assure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.

Event Intelligence & Outreach

  • Identify the right audience/attendees for events (e.g., Codegarden, Sitecore Symposium, Adobe Summit, Snowflake events).
  • Build curated contact lists for outreach.
  • Schedule meetings before events and align calendars with leadership.

Sales Support & Reporting

  • Work closely with leadership to align priorities and follow-ups.
  • Provide weekly reports on pipeline, conversations, upcoming meetings, and partner pulse.
  • Track insights and opportunities emerging from events or relationship conversations.

  • B2B inside sales, partner management, customer success, or pre-sales coordination.
  • Experience in IT services, enterprise platforms, CMS, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Organized, relationship-driven, proactive follow-up mindset.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and events.

  • Create and run outbound campaigns for specific platforms (e.g., Sitecore partners, Adobe partners, Snowflake system integrators).
  • Generate new partner pipelines, increase NDA sign-ups, and open business opportunities.
  • Follow up to convert relationships into meetings, partnerships, and revenue.

Events, Social Visibility & Networking

  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and summits.
  • Identify the right audience profiles before events and book meetings proactively.
  • Confidently initiate discussions, introduce the company, and strengthen contacts during events.
  • Be active on social platforms (especially LinkedIn) — share posts, videos, insights, partner announcements, and event updates to attract inbound reach.

Digital & Content-Based Lead Influence

  • Collaborate with marketing to refine digital strategies for inbound visibility.
  • Create or support content creation that positions the brand for credibility and discovery.
  • Engage online communities, industry groups, partners, and potential clients.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM or partner tracking sheets.
  • Share weekly reports on outreach efforts, new partner discussions, NDA progress, and funnel health.
  • Coordinate with leadership for priorities, follow-ups, and relationship decisions.
