We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and versatile HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, legal compliance, employee engagement, and HR tech tools. This role requires leadership qualities, the ability to create and implement HR policies, and the initiative to drive a positive work culture and organizational growth.
Roles + Responsibilities:

HR Policy & Strategy

Develop and implement new HR policies aligned with company goals and compliance needs.

Create and maintain yearly HR budgets and strategic plans.

Recruitment & Onboarding
-
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and execute hiring plans.

Maintain and improve the interview feedback and candidate evaluation processes.

HR Tools & Systems
-
Hands-on experience with HR tools like GreytHR, Keka, or similar platforms.

Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management through HRMS tools.

Compliance & Legal
-
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.).

Handle legal aspects of HR including company compliance, labor laws, and disciplinary action protocols.

Performance Management

Design and manage the appraisal process.

Build and enforce performance review mechanisms and retainment strategies.

Employee Engagement & Culture
-
Drive cultural initiatives and employee engagement activities throughout the year.

Develop and implement retention policies and exit strategies.

Team & Conflict Management

Lead and resolve internal conflicts and promote healthy team dynamics.

Act as a mentor and leader to the HR and admin team.

Communication & Social Presence

Actively manage employer branding and HR presence on social media platforms.

Represent the company values and culture externally when required.

Planning & Organization

Create and manage an annual calendar for events, training, and HR initiatives.
What it takes to be one of us!

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and legal regulations.

Proficiency in HR software such as GreytHR, Keka, or other similar tools.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
