Back to all openingsWe are looking for a skilled Sitecore Developer with solid experience in Sitecore XP and exposure to Sitecore XM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have worked on at least 1 real-world XM Cloud project and have experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining Sitecore-based solutions. You will collaborate with architects, UX designers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing digital experiences.
Roles + Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions using Sitecore XP and XM Cloud
- Work on headless architecture using Sitecore XM Cloud
- Build front-end integrations using Sitecore JSS (React / Next.js preferred)
- Implement Sitecore features such as:
- Content Management
- Personalization (basic to intermediate)
- Workflows
- Multisite & Multilingual setups
- Work on Sitecore XP MVC-based implementations
- Support Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and cloud deployments
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and UX teams for smooth delivery
- Follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
What it takes to be one of us!
- 3–5 years of overall Sitecore development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP (MVC architecture)
- Experience on at least 1 Sitecore XM Cloud project
- Working knowledge of Sitecore JSS
- Strong understanding of:
- .NET / C#
- ASP.NET MVC
- REST APIs
- Headless CMS concepts
- Experience with Git / Azure DevOps
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable working in remote / distributed teams
Good to Have
- Experience with React / Next.js
- Familiarity with Sitecore Content Hub, Search, or Personalize
- Exposure to Azure Cloud
- Sitecore Certifications (XP or XM Cloud)
