SUGCON India 2026: Conversations, Community, and the Future of Digital Experience
SUGCON India 2026 brought together some of the sharpest minds in the Sitecore ecosystem- practitioners, partners, product teams, and community leaders all under one roof in New Delhi. For Arroact Technologies, this was not just an event to attend. As a Technology Sponsor, it was an opportunity to contribute to the community we have been deeply invested in, connect with leaders driving the future of digital experience, and share what we have been building.

Here is a look back at the full journey the travel, the conversations, the sessions, and the insights that will shape how we think about digital platforms going forward.
Arriving in New Delhi
The Arroact team departed from Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 3rd June, arriving in New Delhi in the morning ahead of the two-day event.
The team that made the trip included:
- Ketan Garala - Founder & CEO
- Keyur Garala - CTO
- Kandarp Dave - Marketing Head
- Yaman Bhavsar - User Experience Strategist
- Yukta Rathore - Content & Brand Strategist
- Vidhi Modi - Lead Business Development
- Meet Shah - Sr. Software Developer
- Nishant Vaghasiya - Sr. Software Developer
- Ravi Rabadiya - Full Stack Developer
Having the full team in the room, from technology to strategy, marketing and business development, made it a richer experience. The discussions were approached from a variety of perspectives, and that diversity of viewpoint made the discussions more valuable.

SUGCON India 2026: Day One (4th June)
Walking into the venue on the morning of 4th June, the energy was immediate. SUGCON India draws a focused, passionate community who are not just using Sitecore but actively shaping how it is implemented, extended, and evolved.
After registration and the first round of conversations over coffee, the sessions began.
The event brought together:
- Sitecore product and engineering teams
- Implementation partners from across India and the region
- Enterprise clients navigating platform decisions
- Community contributors and MVPs
- Digital leaders exploring the next generation of DXP
Some of the strongest themes across Day One included:
Sitecore AI and Agentic Workflows The conversation around AI has matured significantly. It is no longer about what AI could do in theory, organizations are now building real workflows where AI handles content operations, personalization logic, and customer journey decisions autonomously. Sitecore's direction here reflects exactly where enterprise demand is heading.
XM Cloud and Composable Architecture The shift toward headless and composable platforms continues to accelerate. XM Cloud sessions highlighted how organizations are breaking away from monolithic CMS setups and adopting modular architectures that give development teams and marketers genuine flexibility.
Personalization at Scale Multiple sessions and conversations touched on the challenge of delivering personalization that is contextual, data-driven, and scalable not just rule-based. Connecting content strategy to customer intelligence is the real problem enterprises are trying to solve.

Day Two (5th June)
5th June brought more focused sessions, roundtables, and the kind of one-to-one conversations that only happen when a community comes together in the same room.
For the Arroact team, Day Two was defined by the quality of discussions more than any single session. Exchanging ideas with practitioners who are building real solutions navigating migration challenges, scaling personalization, or evaluating platform strategies is where the most valuable learning happens.
As a Technology Sponsor, Arroact was part of the conversation not just as an attendee, but as a contributing partner in the ecosystem. That presence opened doors to deeper dialogue about implementation realities, platform gaps, and where specialized partners can add the most value.

Key topics that ran through Day Two included:
Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI Integration MCP is fast becoming a focal point for teams looking to connect AI tools with CMS platforms in a structured, meaningful way. The interest from the community reflects how seriously Sitecore practitioners are thinking about agentic AI not as a future roadmap item but as something to design for today.
Migration Strategy and Platform Modernization Conversations around migrating from legacy Sitecore versions to XM Cloud highlighted both the technical complexity and the business opportunity. Organizations want clear paths, and partners who understand both the architecture and the organizational change involved are increasingly in demand.
Community as a Competitive Advantage One of the most consistent themes across both days was the value of the Sitecore community itself. The speed at which knowledge moves through events like SUGCON from product teams to partners to practitioners is genuinely faster than any formal documentation or release cycle. Being active in this community is not just networking. It is a strategic advantage.
